TAKASHIMAYA MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

1. Eligible Customers:
All customers who are Vietnamese citizens or foreign residents permanently residing in Vietnam, aged 18 years and above, and who possess a mobile phone number issued by telecommunications service providers in Vietnam. Each membership account is registered with one (01) unique mobile phone number, which cannot be changed to another number. Members have the right to cancel their Takashimaya membership at any time at the Customer Service Counter.

  Gold Member– Rose Members will be upgraded to Gold Membership on the 1st day of the following month, once their total spending reaches
VND 200,000,000 calculated from January 1 to December 31 (within the same year).
Gold Membership will be maintained until December 31 of the following year.

– To maintain Gold Membership, members are required to achieve a total annual spending of at least VND 200,000,000, calculated from January 1 to December 31 each year.

– If the total annual spending is below VND 200,000,000, the membership will be automatically downgraded to Rose Membership without prior notice.
Members may check their total spending via the Takashimaya Online mobile application or directly at the Customer Service.      		▪Bonus points are accumulated for every VND 20,000 spent, excluding odd amounts. Details and the bonus point accumulation method are shown in the table below.  

▪Members will receive a VND 2,000,000 gift voucher immediately upon membership upgrade. To redeem the gift voucher, members are required to present their ID Card/Passport and the Takashimaya Online mobile application at the Customer Service Counter,  Basement 1.
The gift voucher must be redeemed within the year of the membership upgrade.

▪Members will receive a VND 1,000,000 birthday gift voucher. To redeem the gift voucher, members are required to present their ID Card/Passport and the Takashimaya Online mobile application at the Customer Service Counter, Basement 1 during their birthday month.
The redemption period is the birthday month and one (01) month following the birthday month.

Option 2: Every 500,000 bonus points can be redeemed for a Bonus Point Gift Card valued at VND 500,000. No limit on the value of bonus points convertible into Bonus Point Gift Card.   (Bonus Point Gift Card has a minimum validity period of 1 year from the date of issue.)

4. Terms & Conditions:

  • Membership registration is free of charge.
  • Members can check the bonus points and shopping information, including purchased items and transaction values, via the Takashimaya Online mobile app or directly at the Customer service counter.
  • Bonus points accumulation is only applicable when customers present the barcode on the Takashimaya Online mobile app at the Takashimaya Department Store cashier or make purchases via the Takashimaya Online mobile app or website https://online.takashimaya-vn.com/.
  • Bonus points accumulation and redemption are not applicable to milk products for children under 24 months old and liquors.
    Bonus points must be earned and redeemed by the member. Spouses, friends, and family members are not allowed to use the member’s information to earn or redeem points on their behalf.
  • Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or gifted.
  • Bonus points will be automatically deleted if the member has no successful in-store transactions at Takashimaya Department Store within 365 consecutive days (this does not apply to purchases made on the Takashimaya Online mobile app or website Takashimaya Online). Points may be deleted without prior notice to the member.
  • Members are required to present their ID card or passport when redeeming bonus points or requesting member information.
