- Job Purpose
Support Legal functions in managing legal risks, contracts, compliance, and internal procedures to ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and internal policies.
II. Key Responsibilities
- Legal Risk & Advisory
- Assist in drafting and reviewing internal and external legal documents (contracts, appendices, letters, etc.).
- Support contract management and advise departments on legal protection and risk mitigation.
- Maintain and update contract templates, checklists, and trackers.
- Support documentation and coordination with authorities regarding litigation and complaints as assigned
2. Internal Policies & Procedures
- Assist in drafting and reviewing internal policies, procedures, POAs, and internal approval processes.
- Support implementation of e-contract systems and compliance practices.
3.Regulatory Compliance
- Prepare compliance checklists and monitor statutory compliance.
- Coordinate licensing, reporting, and compliance matters between HCMC and Hanoi stores.
- Assist in preparing legal and compliance training materials.
4.Contract & Administration
- Manage contract records from request to signature and filing.
- Support dispute resolution with internal teams and external counsel when required.
- Handle legal administrative tasks, including payment processes, vendor documentation, and company stamp/seal management.
5.Regulatory Compliance
- Prepare compliance checklists and monitor statutory compliance.
- Coordinate licensing, reporting, and compliance matters between HCMC and Hanoi stores.

III. Job Requirements
1. Education & Professional Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Fresher with strong academic background is preferable.
2.Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 01 year of experience in corporate or commercial law, with solid exposure to contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Experience supporting cross-location legal operations (HCMC – Hanoi) is an advantage.
- Experience in retail or commercial business environments is preferred.
3. Language Skills - Good English proficiency in speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
4. Soft Skills & Attitude
- Ability to deliver clear, practical, and business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and coordination skills; experience working with government authorities is a plus.
