Terms & Conditions:

1. JAPAN PREMIUM SHOPPER’S CARD is valid only at the Takashimaya stores in Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo Nihombashi, Yokohama, and Shinjuku.
   
2. When using this card, a 10% discount will be applied to the original price for each purchase of 3,000 yen or more (excluding consumption tax), rounded down to the nearest yen.
   Some products or stores or within the department may not offer this discount.
   
3. Purchases made with this card are not exchangeable or returnable.
   
4. This card cannot be used by anyone other than the cardholder.
   
5. This card can only be used in conjunction with the DBS Takashimaya Visa Card or the DBS Takashimaya American Express Card issued by Takashimaya Singapore.
   Customers in Viet Nam Takashimaya can use cash, gift certificates, as well as China UnionPay cards, non-Takashimaya credit cards, Alipay+, and WeChat Pay together.
   
6. Excluded stores and products may be added or changed at our discretion.
   
7. Enjoy personal shopping service from a Store Concierge at designated stores. (This service may not be available when the store is crowded, etc.)

8. Cardholders can use the Takashimaya Member’s Salon at designated stores. Please note that the use of the Members Salon is subject to each store’s regulations. When crowded, etc., there may be a waiting time, or the Salon may not be accessible.
9. Priority queue for tax refund service, exclusively for cardholders. Please present your card at the Tax Refund Counter.
10. Cardholders and one guest can enjoy complimentary entry to ticketed cultural events at Osaka, Kyoto, and Tokyo Nihombashi stores. Admission may be restricted, or a fee may be required depending on the events and each store’s policies.
